Organic Bread Flour - Artisan Baker's Craft (organic)

Our favorite locally-milled, organic white bread flour.  Makes amazing sourdough breads!

Not enriched, bromated or bleached. The is the same high-grade Central Milling bread flour used by many of the best West Coast bakeries in L.A. and San Fransisco CA.

Artisan Bakers Craft (plus) flour is a malted bread flour. A small amount of malted (sprouted) barley is added to this flour to give the flour a natural boost (a plus!) to gluten strength and rise. Acts as a clean, natural dough enhancer (no chemicals, natural enzymes, very clean).
