We are the bridge to the farmer, to help you connect with healthy, ancient grains that actually help, not hurt the body.
When you come to our store or attend our fun, informative classes, you'll see that we are teachers first, sharing what we know about the flavor, texture and bake quality of ancient grains. Ask a few questions, and you'll also learn why these grains can help with digestion and avoid negative reactions to gluten.
Khorasan Mills is family owned and family run, as are the farmers we work with to source organic and regenerative ancient grains and flour for you and your family.
Our Motto is "Learn, Bake, Share". Don't be surprised if we give you sample of ancient grains or flour, or share a fresh slice of Khorasan or sourdough bread. We teach, we share, and we certainly have fun doing all this with you!
