Refund policy

Khorasan Mills regards food safety, quality, and customer trust as our highest priorities. Our return policy differs depending on the type of item purchased.


Food Products

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items, including grains, flours, bake mixes, or other consumable products.

Once food products leave our facility, we cannot verify how they were stored or handled. This policy applies even if the product is unopened or unused.

If there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • A damaged item
  • A defect in packaging
  • An incorrect item sent
  • A quality concern upon arrival

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup, and we will gladly work with you to provide a refund or replacement, as appropriate. 


Non-Food Items

Unused, non-food merchandise (such as tools or accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Small Appliances

Small appliances (such as grain mills, mixers, and other powered kitchen equipment) may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included

Once a small appliance has been used, it cannot be returned.

If a small appliance arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error or a verified defect.


Classes, Workshops & Events

All class registrations are non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred to another person at no cost. Please notify us in advance with the name and contact information of the person who will attend in your place.

If we cancel a class, a full refund will be issued.


Local Pickup Orders

Orders placed for local pickup that include food items are final once picked up.

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup and let us know immediately if something is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
