Orders that require shipping are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
Once shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on carrier and destination.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal shipping volume. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

50 lb Bags – Shipping & Pickup Policy

50 lb bags of grain are intended for local pickup due to their size and shipping cost.

If a 50 lb bag is needed for shipping, please switch the order to two 25 lb bags instead to ensure safer handling and more reliable delivery.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

If you are located outside of the contiguous 48 states, please contact us about placing an order. Shipping availability and pricing vary significantly based on destination and order size, and we may need to review shipping options before confirming your order.

Mockmill Grain Mills

Mockmill grain mills are shipped directly from our supplier.
Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Local Pickup (American Fork, UT)

Online and phone orders for grains and flour are typically ready for same-day pickup when placed during regular business hours. Orders placed after hours will be ready the next business day.

You are also welcome to visit our retail space to browse and purchase in person.

Pickup window:
Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of the order date unless other arrangements are made.

Orders not picked up within this window may be refunded and restocked at our discretion.
